I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hollister Co.
Interview
I was walking around the mall and all of a sudden a guy who worked at hollister stopped me to recruit me for a group interview. I didn't really want the job because I didn't need one, but I went to the interview anyways because the opportunity was basically handed to me. I went to the interview and was myself and was hired instantly.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co.
Interview
I thought hollister would be a good place to gain some work experience so I went in and asked if they were hiring. They gave me a card with a website and pw to fill out an application and pick an interview time. I got there around ten minutes early and waited for other people to show up since I knew it was going to be a group interview, but I ended up being the only one there! The store manager then came up to me and took me outside the store for the interview, which honestly only lasted like 5-10 minutes. He asked me four basic questions and wrote down my answers. He seem uninterested and really only looked up once, so I thought I wouldn't get the job. But today (four days later) I received a call offering me the position!
