Interview
After completion of your online application you will then select a day for the interview. Upon arrival you will have a group interview which mine was a group of 4. They will go around on a first to answer basis. I was first every time so I wouldn't seem like I was copying someones answer and it shows a great deal of confidence and leadership.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co. in May 2012
Interview
It was a group interview. They have these scheduled all the time. I was with 5 other people who were all interviewing for the same position. We all got hired, and you are not competing with anyone for the same position. So don't treat the other guys as competitors or enemies because they will be your new co-workers. As for the questions themselves they were simple. "Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want to work here?", "Tell me about an incident where you promoted diversity/tolerance/co-operation/etc." that kind of stuff.

Question 1
For me it was "why do you want to work here?", because I couldn't just answer honestly and say that I just needed the money and you need people.
