The interview was really simple and laidback. The biggest question is, "What does diversity mean, and why is it important to you?" Overall, smile a lot and be easygoing. They like outgoing personalities.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Calgary, AB)
Interview
actually, they hire everyone who actually goes to the interview
as long as you have their average looking policy, you will get really high chance to get hire
IF you have a good looking face, 90%+ will get hire :)
My personal experience: Be honest I shopped Hollister a lot, and I bought a lot of clothes from the brand, that is one of my reason I applied this job. There is only one Hollister in Calgary (in chinook mall), that is why one of the manager knows me. I went to the group interview (with other 6 people) and we basically just chat and answering questions.
