Interview
First of all, they won't even look at your application. It doesn't matter whether you have experience or not. They hire 17 year olds with absolutely no experience all the time.
Don't sweat the interview. If you were recruited by a manager, you will definitely get the job. They only care how attractive you are. If you are attractive and seem outgoing, you will 100% get the job. If you are really attractive and not even that outgoing, you will 95% get the job.
Try and look like the models look.
1) Wear natural makeup. No bright colors, cat-eye liner, thick mascara, etc.
2) No nail polish or just light, sheer pink.
3) Natural looking hair.
4) You don't need to wear their clothes, but skinny jeans with a tank top, plaid, or sweater (depending on season) is great. Simple. Even better if you wear navy.

Interview
I filled out an application online, and came in and waited in the sitting area for 20 minutes past my interview time. Myself and 2 other interviewees went to the mall's food court finally with one of the hiring managers and sat down. The manager was nice enough. Pretty simple interview and very quick.
