I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Arlington, TX) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was a group interview. The person who answered the questions first gets the advantage of a unique answer, but the interviewer randomizes the order. All in all, it was short, to-the-point, and went along smoothly.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hollister Co.
Interview
I filled out an application at the store and within a couple days I got a call to come in for a group interview. The interview was pretty chill. There were only two other people being interviewed and the store manager just ran through the drill of interview questions. Very basic questions about yourself and diversity in the workplace. Just be super nice and outgoing and you'll do fine.
