When I arrived there were a few other people already there. We started talking and then the manager came and took attendance. Then we followed her outside the store to a table. Once there she asked us questions picking people randomly. We all got the same questions.

Interview
The outlet was located in the Mall so the Interviewer (Manager of the store) took us to the food cafe and interviewed me and another applicant. I was asked as to how I would describe myself, whether diversity matters to me, and to describe the Hollister experience. It was a group interview and overall quite informal. I received the offer a few days later.

Interview
Dont apply online!!!!! You will not get it lol. Go in storr and apply so they can see you! Yes its based on looks but based on some of the people ive seen working there you dont have to be a super model. My manager at target hooked me up with a manager that works at the abercrombie store. She told me to come in and fill out an online app. I got scheduled for an interview a few days after (I got a call from the store manager and she asked if I can interview with the district manager ). Interview probably lasted an hour at the most since I asked a bunch of questions. It was held at the starbucks in the mall. The dm seemed really cool (for the most part) . I could tell she liked me not just because I fit the look but also because I actually seemed interested in retail. Ot was a good interview overall.
