Interview
There are usually group interviews, but as I was recruited and could not make it to any of the group interviews, a manager met with me privately. The questions were not tough to answer, and were mainly about how I could interact with other workers, how I am with diversity, and personal style. A curious topic was the "look policy" of the company, which I loved, but many people were offended by.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hollister Co. in Jul 2010
Interview
Hollister Co. will either recruit you or you can ask to fill out an application on the computer in the store. There is a basic online application you fill out and at the end you will select your interview date and time. Be sure to keep up with that because no one will remind you. Go in for the group interview and if they like you then you will get a call. If you don't get a call, it does no good calling them to check on the interview status.
