Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to work by yourself
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2009
Interview
College kids asked random questions that did not pertain to the job then hired who they wanted. The work culture is a bunch of HS & college kids so they can be stuck up and stubborn. Overall if you need a part-time job during high school or college this could work. Not a hard interview at all.

Question 1
random questions like "If you could be any animal what would it be and why?"
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Milpitas, CA) in Oct 2010
Interview
You apply online and get to choose your interview date (Tues or Thurs). This was my first job interview, and I was completely unprepared because I was told it would be easy so I figured I'd just wing it. Total mistake because I choked and can have trouble thinking on the spot, leading to providing horrible answers compared to the other seven applicants.
