I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hollister Co. in Dec 2011
Interview
Pretty easy, I signed up in store and then signed up at the same time for a group interview. They called me confirming the interview time and I showed up wearing Hollister-esque gear about 10 minutes early. Turned out to be just be me and the manager, which was awesome because I'm much better in one-on-one situations. Very cool younger lady, really easy to talk to and very laid back. Asked a few questions, but more or less we just chatted about random stuff.

Question 1
How do you define diversity and do you think its important in the workplace?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2009
Interview
Applied online and received an interview with the recruiters, who was an in-store manager. Went in and was sat amongst maybe 6 other applicants, and was advised to dress in Hollister-style wear. Was asked questions regarding tag lines, examples of when you made someone feel included in an environment, and how you define diversity.
