The interview process took an hour to complete an initial application online which is completely random on how you get scored, an hour interview that was heavily STAR orientated but relatively easy, then an additional STAR based essay round which was pointless and pedantic.

Interviewer clearly presented the structure, the interaction among each other is so far so good. That make me has some expectation in it. However , just a normal polite response saying that they are targeting for perfect fit candidate.
