I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Home Office (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Very easy interview process. Bear in mind that they are not interested about your past achievements or anything so just focus on the competency questions. Initially , i was given 4 out of 7 in sift stage but after interview they scored 2 out of 7. I could not concentrate well and derailed my answer. Remember to stay on course and stick to competency indicators in order to get through.
Recorded video interview at home. Answered a series of behavioural and strength based questions on VidCruiter- one question for each behaviour they had listed on the ad: managing quality service, making effective decisions, delivering at pace.
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Home Office (Liverpool, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
I had an online, pre recorded interview. The questions were skill-based and scenario based. This was afer a performance test, usual written test, and filling out my details. The interview was fairly easy and lasted around 15-20 mins (I believe), easy to prepare for. Questions weren't provided but there is plenty of info available.
