30-40 min online 2 people panel icebreaker question 5-6 questions around success profiles strengths and behaviours They tell you which question is strength and which behaviour Nice panel, friendly and put you in ease ( a man and a woman) They may ask you to respond in 5 min per question or 2 min per question before the interview they check your ID online

Tell us about a time you managed a quality service? What would you do if a member of your team is underperforming? How would you manage conflicting priorities? Give us example of when you delivered at pace? Work under pressure/ strict deadlines question? Example of when you worked under strict guidance?
Fair, took around 30 mins, asked me to provide examples. Please remember to use the STAR method with providing examples. Had 2 individuals giving the interview both of whom were senior, location of interview was in Westminster only a few minutes walk from underground station.

Interview
Interview was online via an automated process. I actually preferred this interview method as I found it less intimidating than having a face to face interview. Overall I thought the interview process went well but getting the results afterwards took over 2 months
