No understanding of culture and expectations of the organisation, lengthy recruitment time, do not advise you of a start date, do not follow disability confident scheme despite saying they are. Online interview with taped questions and gaps left for answers. Odd experience. Prefer Teams or face to face. Didn't receive feedback during process. I imagine it's just quicker for them.
