Personal statement 200 words and then got invited to a teams interview.
Interview was online and was asked a behaviour question and 3 strength questions around delivering at pace and one warm up question about hobbies
I applied in-person. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Home Office (Belfast, Nordirland) in Jan 2025
Interview
Online video to answer questions. I found being in front of a camera talking to myself very difficult and don’t feel I was able to deliver a good interview. Very robotic and cold.
