I applied online. I interviewed at Home Office in Aug 2022
Interview
I found the process very difficult, i hated the pre recorded interview, it made me more nervous than a face to face interview. No feedback was given on the interview. I applied for the same role 6 months later and the process was the same
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If your manager asked you to stop a task and move on to something else what would you do?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Home Office (Liverpool, England)
Interview
Application starts with 'mini games' to test your aptitude or something. These are fairly easy and it's not necessarily to be the best at the games but read the questions and see how they align with the behaviours that are on the application.
Next step it a pre-recorded interview where you get 30 secs to prepare to answer your question and then have anywhere from 1-3 minutes to give your answer. About 8 questions in total if I remember. Not a fan of the pre-recorded questions, as you have to look at your camera which is strange when you're not talking to anyone.. you do have an option to blur yourself though.

Question 1
Really can't remember as it was all such a blur. I'm sure one of them was - How would you deal with conflicting deadlines.
Process took a year to start the job. Interview was all behaviour and competency based questions. It was a pre recorded online interview with about 10 questions. Overall the question were fairly straightforward
