Hopper interview questions

First phone call was not a screening. Very situational and behavior based. They skipped right over my background or why I even applied. I was then sent a 2 part assignment. The first a list of questions - “if you were to suggest 3 strategic initiatives to our Board of Directors to drive growth, what would they be?”. Nice try Hopper. Thats my intellectual property and I’m not going to do your job for you. Several other use cases designed to basically tell them how to run their business. No way.

Its a questionnaire that candidate needed to answer before proceeding to the second part of the interview process, in terms of what systems the travel agents use. Then they ask how you would handle different scenarios when it comes to travelers having inquiries.
