20 min interview scheduled. Interviewer used about 17 minutes talking about Hopper with only 3 minutes dedicated to asking questions. Interview was followed up with a "homework" assignment made up of about 6 questions.

Assessment on the 3 different airline system quiz for ticket codes such as flight changes baggage charge or seat changes, practice online customer service chat issue scenarios, typing skill assessment, and language assessment last.
Phone interview and long take-home assignment; felt like I was doing their work for them rather than a true case report although I could be wrong. Was overall a good assignment. Was not given an offer, and no feedback
