IBM Software Developer interview questions

Had an OA, was scheduled to interview a few weeks after. Scheduled the interview the first time. Link was broken. Scheduled again, gave me 3 different times and the interviewer was just as confused. Was told I'd hear back in a few days. Been 3 months and still "in interview process" and the company has no response to me.

1st round: Hiring Manager Went through the resume and experience. 2nd round: Panel (2 members) - A few technical questions on SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, C++. - 2 coding questions on strings and Arrays.
