IBM Software Developer interview questions

El proceso de entrevista fue claro y bien estructurado. Incluyo una instancia en la que tuve que leer y comprender textos en ingles, asi como tambien mantener una conversacion en ese idioma para evaluar mi nivel de comunicacion. Ademas, hubo una parte tecnica donde se analizaron mis conocimientos en programacion, logica y resolucion de problemas. Finalmente, se realizo una entrevista mas personal para conocer mis objetivos y motivacion.

Only first round but the interviewer was very unorganized and ended the meeting by telling my how IBM has very high standards. They were very nice. I thought it was a good conversational overall, but ultimately didn't get a second round interview.
