I got call letter. It's a two days process. 1st is written round, there were questions from number series aptitude and English assessment test. I cleared the 1st round and 2nd day was my interview. Interview experience was good. Hr is friendly in nature. They asked about my projects and few basic Hr questions. I answered all the questions and got selected.

Interview
It was basically an off-campus drive held at Bangalore.More than 600 people from all over the country had come for the drive.It included freshers and experienced.They expected students with 60% and above in 10th and 12th and 65% and above in bachelors and post graduation.Initially it was online test which had questions testing knowledge of aptitude,quantitative and english skills.The shortlisted ones had an interview which was basically Technical + HR round.The results were sent through mail.

Interview
Interview process was very clear and impartial. First day, at morning , 8-30 my online test was there.. and test mainly consists of 3 parts, 1)APTI 2)REASONING 3)COMMUNICATION SKILLS CHECK. Apti parts was mainly consisting of number series. They declared the result on evening of that day. next day was our interview day. Nearly 1100 students sat for the exam , 300 cleared and 200 students were hired by ibm. luckily I was one of them.
