OFF CAMPUS DRIVE- BANGALORE
Many job seekers got off campus invitation mail from IBM hence different time slots were maintained for the first round.
Rounds were:
1.Quantitative aptitude
2.Verbal ability/ Business letters
3.Final interview(Technical+HR)
First round:Aptitude(series+ quants) Timer: 2 mins 15 secs for each question
Not too tough nor that easy. Reading question carefully and by applying problem solving techniques one can clear this round.
Second round:Verbal ability/ Business letters
No time limit in this section. Knowledge about business letters, active and passive voice are important.
Third round:Technical+HR
-Personal Introduction.
-About the college.
-About the project.
-More questions on project and technologies used.
-Coding knowledge.
-Entrance exam rank(EAMCET)
-Any situation based question and solution for that problem.
-Ready for relocation or not

Interview
There were 2 written tests and one interview.
The first test was about general aptitude followed by second test based on english formal communication.
Later after some weeks , one to one interview was planned.
Only basic questions were asked about projects and subjects of interest.

A aptitude round of English , Analytical and Logical sections. Only those who cleared the Verbal ( English) round was allowed for the Analytical and Logical sections. The Verbal mostly consisted of syntax related to letter writing, emails etc. Analytical was tough but I guess cut off was low. Last was a single interview round.
