I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2014
Interview
First I had a phone interview followed by a case interview completed with a team of other candidates. There was a group behavioural interview where each candidate was asked a personal question and was expected to answer in front of everyone else. Finally, there was a final behavioural interview with an executive at the organization.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
Applied on a Saturday, had a phone interview on Monday. Had a F2F meeting a few weeks later with the hiring manager, and was told the same day I would be made an offer within my salary expectations. Positive experience - great recruiter and equally friendly hiring manager. All very transparent and smooth, a two-way process that made me feel valued and respected. Much better candidate experience than that offered by couple of their competitors...

Interview
3 interviews. Two behavioral and one case. Case wasn’t too hard and the interviewers were fairly nice. All data scientists which misled the candidates on what kind of job it was.
