IBM DBA interview questions

Firstly,I got the interview over kariyer.net.They called over phone and asked to speak face to face.I got in interview with my current team leader and first line manager.they asked me what I am doing and how I am doing in ex job possition.I tried to explain what ? was doing.And also ask me when I could start new job.I answered all question truly.hours were more desirable than my ex-schedule

A consultancy scheduled an interview with IBM. It was a sunday. So the HR persons and technical panel was not on time. since my skill is a niche skill, no of people to be interviewed wre less. First there was a technical interview which happened thru phone since no panel was available. it went for more tha a hour. interview was tough and i answered 75% of the uestions. After some time i was called for a PDM interview where they discussed about attitude willingness logic apllication and the pdm itself conducted the hr process of negotiation of sal etc. i was through. but processing the offer takes lot of time . it took almost amonth for me to get the offer.
