Interview

I met with my previous IBM manager to discuss any internal changes that took place since my last time at IBM. I was told that Scotia Bank will be my account and the main projects will run under IRP/T&T.

I was asked if I still remember how to use IBM's internal application (e.g. Notes, PgMP, PS2, ICLA, ILA). I didn't need any training as I remembered all of them.

Straight forward, informative, sold the company. No "typical" interview type questions. Initial call with the recruiter. First interview with hiring manager and 2nd with his Director and a peer.

Very Straight forward and follow the very long process. You need to very patient to follow the entire process with multiple levels of assessment. First the technical assessment is done followed to that is HR.
