IBM Sr. Project Manager interview questions

There was an anonymous ad( no company given) and suddenly I am invited for an interview.The guy(a middle senior manager) was not interested in my qualifications,language he somehow wanted to get it over as fast as possible(no wonder,he had this job for a buddy).IBM never again ,waist of time(at least in Poland)

first, I got an email saying they are interested in my background, they direct me to a link which has some related tests, I finished the tests online, then I got an email confirmation saying wait for the feedbacks. Later on, I got a phone call from them, asked me to go to the onsite interview.
