IBM Sr. Consultant interview questions

The first interview round was with HR to discuss the job profile and know the status of candidate. Second Round was with the Business Manager which was more analytical and personality assessment. The last round was with the Technical Architect of the company to analyze the technical skills.

The Interview Process was normal. On the day of the Interview the waiting time was more than the actual interview. The technical interview was far more detailed than expected. The HR interview was far less detailed and the information were not clear.
