IBM Associate=technical Operation interview questions

It was a 2 day process. First round was aptitude (average level) +personality test+ HR /Tech interview . there was a biometric and document submission after u have cleared the aptitude+ personality.Once u r cleared aptitude there is very high chance of ur selection. IBM hr were very friendly and polite.

The process is well organised and the people who conduct it are very professional. The process was long though. It took 2 days and the second day, the interview round took 6 hours.
