IBM Associate=technical Operation interview questions

there was aptitude,personality related quiz to test how well you can adapt to the software environment followed by background check technical and hr rounds .it is two days procedure.130 students appeared BE and MCA students. first day we had pre placement talk aptitude personality quiz round and background check. we were 35 of us for the 2nd day technical and hr round. they did not take much time by evening our interview process was done and results were announced 18 of us were selected.

We had a training session offered by the IBM team for a period of 1 week. Totally we had 3 rounds. First round was aptitude assessment which is used to assess your IQ. Results for first round came immediately. Second round was personality assessment, which was an online test. It is to assess you on the whole. The final round was face to face HR interview. The entire process was very confidential.
