I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Feb 2012
Interview
The initial round of interview was over the phone. This was followed by the technical discussion on the phone. After this there was a face to face discussion. In this most of the question were based on my prior projects, I had worked on. Later it was followed with the salary negotiation in which, I was not offered what, I had asked for. But it was close enough. So, I accepted the offer
