IBM Software Developer interview questions

The interview process wasn't that good in my opinion. The older Interviewer told a story how an intern for a 6 month contract was actually on the intern status (not paid) for another 6 months and after that they hired him as a junior software tester on the lowest pay. This speaks miles about how they treat their employees. The older interviewer asked multiple questions that needed text book answers.

Talked to manager and was told a phone screen would be set up with a tech lead. Two weeks later, it was finally scheduled. Took time out of my vacation to receive call. Tech lead never called, so I withdrew myself from consideration. Super disorganized and unprofessional.
