I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Toronto, ON) in May 2016
Interview
2 round onsite interviews after one online assessment. The first one was seriously tech interview last for about 2.5 hours with algorithm questions and request you to write on the white board. The second round was originally with VP but finally with 4 team lead due to updated schedule. It took about 1 hour talking about your experience your preference and to solve some problems during the interview. It is like to provide the solutions of the real problem they meet. I was nervous at that time. And then I tried to calm down and discuss whatever I thought with them, like a brain storm. And finally I found one.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
A recruiter came to my university to interview me. He seemed mostly interested in my overall skills, including soft skills. I shared my portfolio of work, and he asked me questions about what I wanted to do in the future. I was surprised IBM was interested in me because I'm not a computer science major, but it didn't seem to matter.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Winchester, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
The process began with a multiple-choice test and then consists of a series of group and individual interviews and exercises. The interviewers are friendly and try to create a low-stress atmosphere. I actually enjoyed the interviews even though they took a whole day.
