IBM Software Developer interview questions

Was already working as a contractor when got hired. Was recommended by the contracting manager. Went through a series of personality tests and interview The tests were timed. Had to submit resume as well along with cover letter The interview process now has changed. You apply online. If selected, a phone interview and then an interview in person. IBM is hiring mostly overseas where wages are low and don't have to pay US salaries.

College recruitment from NIT, Durgapur The entire process took 2 days as there were many appliants. The firt round consisted basically of aptitude and LR along with a some technical questions. Almost all the candidates cleared the !st round barring a few. It is more difficult not to clear the 1st round than clearing it. Then there was only one interview round of around 10-15mins. Very basic technical questions regarding OOPs was asked as I had highlighted that in my resume.
