Interview
There was a one hour technical test followed by an interview by the hiring manager for the first round of interview. The test had a couple of mcq questions related to threading, deadlock, address space etc, had a couple of programming questions to be written in C++ or Java, an SQL query and a couple of spot the problem questions.

Q: Program to find if numbers in an array add up to an input.
Q: program to print a sequence
Q:Program to create a new array out of an input array such that each element of the output is the product of the elements of the array other than the current element.

Interview
Overall a very good experience -- the interview was very pleasant and the interviewers were very nice. I exchanged a few emails with the project manager then was invited for a phone interview. I also had a few follow up questions by email.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in May 2014
Interview
Applied through referral. Two rounds of interview. First round was with hiring manager. He asked questions from my resume. He also asked some behavioral questions. The second round was with the team lead. It was more technical. He asked some basic questions from Java and some questions from my academic projects. After few days I was told that they would move next step in the hiring process. I was then asked to take IPAT test. I was given offer in two weeks.
