IBM Software Engineer interview questions

I interviewed at Gurgaon location, It took whole day 1st was Coding Round, 2nd was F2F Technical and 3rd was Managerial Round after clearing all rounds HR told me to leave for the day she will send the mail for documents and release offer letter next week, but i didn't get any mail after following up many times she replied the profile is on hold. It happened with many of my friends... Most of the time IBM wastes whole day and follow-up time of candidates. Don't trust IBM until and unless you get offer letter from them.

There was an online problem solving test, followed by a behavioral test, which I passed. The third test was a programming challenge, which I failed. I believe the next step was a phone interview.
