IBM Software Engineer interview questions

It was easy, had 3 rounds of interview ( technical, communication and managerial). The interviewers were polite and will make you feel comfortable. the technical round will be questions about software, and basic technical question

One phone call with manager , lead developer and research scientist. I joined as a contractor and then got hired after 2 yrs. Current job details, experience in programming. Which languages do you know. Question with lead developer were tough. Analytical questions like describing a situation and how would you resolve. I joined as a contracted and got to full time in 2 years
