IBM Software Engineer interview questions

The interview had 3 stages - phone interview with recruiter, technical test / skype interview with senior developer , phone interview with manager. The interviews were very professional and straight to the point without wasting the time.

Starts off as a phone screen, then you get a take home assessment, and then in person interview. Interviewer was not super helpful unlike most interviewers, and the whole process was rather slow.
