Fairly straightforward. Interviews vary from teams to team. Generally interview with 2-3 team members. Overall not to intrusive. If is an internal interview it goes much smoother. Compared to other companies this is not a bad process.

Phone Interview - easy, HR - Easy, Direct Manager - Must Impress with values, Peer Interview with 4 Interviewers - Technical and peer assessment, Manager final review - including the salary discussion - I have highlighted that I will definitely be valued at the Big Blue & my offer was double my current salary.

First call was with an HR person with high level information to be provided. Second call with the Line Manager to give the history of the CV and some generic questions about skills, seniority ecc.
