IBM Test Specialist interview questions

Interview process is good. I had two rounds of interview and salary confirmation with HR. Nice experience overall.first round was Technical round and second round was managerial round. Nice experience with both the rounds

Interview process took more than 2 weeks. First round was technical round and second round was managarial round. I don't know why HR consider employees, if they can't even give 30% hike on job switch. I had a discussion with HR before tech round that I am expecting 35-40% hike from current salary then she said its ok we can give this but in the managerial round when interviewer heard 35% hike then he said we will see if we can consider you at this much hike.
