IBM Visual Designer interview questions

the process has many tests, and then there is a video based interview. The tests are kind of like a video game test. The first is a cognitive test, then a personality test and lastly an IQ test.

It took about a month doing the last 3 steps of the process but I waited 4 months since I sent in my application to hear back. They asked me to do a design challenge which I had 3 days to do and then I had to present it to another visual designer in the Austin studio.
