I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Unionville, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
I had applied to this position online through IBM's job portal back in November 2018, I received an e-mail asking me to come in for an interview January 24th, 2019 (roughly a 3 month wait). I was told that if I couldn't make it in, there would be more recruitment days coming up soon. We were given a PDF file of instructions, and asked to complete an assignment based on the role we were applying for: visual designer, user researcher, or user experience designer. We had just under 1 week to complete and return the "homework" before the in-person interview. The assignment took me roughly 7 hours. The in person interview took place on February 4th, 2019. A group of 7 of us were brought into a room together and shown a presentation and given opening remarks. We were then separated and conducted 15 minute interviews with 7-8 different interviewers. 4 set of 15 minutes for 1 hour, a 10 minute break, and continued with the final 4 set of 15 minutes. In total the interview took 3 hours from 1pm-4:15pm. We were then given closing remarks and a chance to ask any final questions. I waited just over 1 month for a reply, unfortunately they decided to move forward with another candidate. I don't have any further information on why I wasn't a good fit for the role, currently waiting for a follow-up.

Interview
The interview process was easy and convenient. They worked with my hectic schedule, which I greatly appreciate. I started off with a screening, an in-person interview and two calls with a team member and a recruiter. Everyone made great conversation and I enjoyed the interview process.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at IBM (Austin, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
I had three phone interviews in process of 6 month. They liked what I did but it seems like they were rushing and just send bunch of emails back and forth. I think I had least 6 different emails from different people. It was confusing to keep up.
