Assessments were divided into groups. There was a single person assessment which you had to present your favourite IKEA product and explain the story behind. A group activity. And a speed dating type interview 1-1 with 20 questions in 20 mins.

IKEA has assessment days for interviews and it can take a few hours. You will be asked to take part in different small tasks like plan a layout, make a moodboard and a accessorising task on the shopfloor.
