I applied in-person. I interviewed at IKEA (American Canyon, CA)
Interview
It went very well. I felt like i was being treated fairly. There was plenty of people applying for the same position but i felt that everyone was given a fair chance. The interviewer was direct but polite.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IKEA (Minooka, IL) in Apr 2018
Interview
The recruiter emailed requesting a phone interview. After a week of calling her as she requested she finally returned my call. After a quick interview with her, she criticized my answers and then sent me in for a face to face. The interview process took about 20 minutes. Asked a bunch of scenario type questions and I gave the answers. The interviewer told me I should hear something in a day and half. By 5pm that same day I was sent an email saying they were going to consider other candidates for the job.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA
Interview
The interview was pretty simple. Basically they asked the same questions every company ask. Pretty straight forward asked about my previous job history and what I except from the company. I'm currently waiting on my background check to come back and hopefully I am offered a position.
