ING BA Approval Package interview questions

When I first applied to ING I applied for Reference Data Management, the interview was a joke. We kept on asking about hobbies and interests and nothing related to the job. Then I got accepted, which I have no clue why and on what grounds. When I decided to do an internal move for BA Approval Package, the interview process is a joke as well. Im a non technical person, however one of the team members said that my resume looks too technical and not within her scope of knowledge to ask questions. In the beginning of the interview I asked for what questions do they have in mind and it was talking about my hobbies. Again a complete joke!
