Application
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ING (Singapur)
Interview
Submitted my CV, received a call to come down for an interview. Lasted about half an hour asking the usual questions, e.g. more about my other internship/work experiences, what did I do, strengths/weaknesses.

Question 1
How do you think your strengths can help you in this internship?
I applied the position online. They quickly invited me for the first round, and there was only one round. I successfully pass the interview and got the position. I didn't work for a long time due to my non-student status.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Please note that for internships, you need to be enrolled as a student. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. ^Monique
Disconnected, short, to-the-point. It demands a very high level of applicant - one needs internship experience at other companies, the top grades possible, or for their father to be in the company to apply realistically.
