Interview
Consisted of three rounds - 1 phone interview, 1 interview with a PO and team members and then the last round is with the hiring manager. On the first round with the PO and the team I had general questions around the scrum way of work, about the PO responsibilities, etc. The second round was more advanced PO stuff like KPIs, OKRs, etc.

Interview
Long process, hiring managers didn't seem to care much, acted as they were forced to do the interview. Kept repeating the same questions, and didn't even know basic information about their project. Invited me to email them afterwards, in order to clarify what the product is.

There were total 3 rounds of interview. I have given 2 round of interviews and was not successful after 2nd round. The process overall takes approx 2 month. 1st round is with chapter lead and then 2nd round is with project managers
