Applied through campus, 3 rounds of interviewing just to get a feel to make sure you are cut out for this type of work. The first interview was a group interview which then led to a couple of 1 on 1 interviews. The whole process took about 3 weeks itself.

Professionali, chiariscono tutti i dubbi e il processo per diventare consulenti finanziari. Per entrare nella ING Academy c'è prima un incontro conoscitivo e dopo si verrà eventualmente ricontattati. È una buona opportunità sul lungo periodo, in ogni caso è positivo che siano super chiari nello spiegarti come diventarlo e i pro e i contro.

Je wordt gerecruit en krijgt een sollicitatiegesprek. Het bestaat uit 3 gesprekken en een vaardigheidgesprek. Er wordt met 5 mensen tegelijk gerouleerd een soort van speeddate. Het duurt een dag voordat je te horen krijgt of je bent aangenomen of niet.
