group interview. no real test. just presenting yourself and telling about cv.
took 6 hours. individual interview and group interview where we had to present a group excercise which was about and easy questoin so that we didnt get bored whie others where in the interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ING (Frankfurt am Main)
Interview
5 - 6 hour in an assessment center with many other applicants. It involved working on a short project with other students, presenting that project and a short 1 on 1 conversation with the recruiter.
