Lengthy phone screen interview with Recruiter (30 mins)
Virtual face-to-face interview by panel of 3 over MS Teams (approx 45 mins). Thought interview went well but then heard nothing from anyone to confirm outcome of interview. Not even an email update to confirm unsuccessful application. This lack of follow-up with candidates can tarnish an organisations brand.
