Interview
First a screening call with HR considering some motivational questions and background info. This was followed by a big interview by phone with 3-4 traders at once. Very straightforward in general process. Interviewers in second round did not prepare much questions except for the most senior.

Interview
I applied online and I received a phone call on next day. It is the three-stage interview process.
1 Interview over the phone (one of the recruitment officers)
2 Practical assessment (algorithm) which had to submit within a week
3 Technical interview
I really like the ING interview process.
