Interview
I was hired trough an ex-manager from a previous job that knew my skills very well. Because of this the hiring process was a breeze. After an online skills, language & IQ test I was invited to interview with HR. After HR I talked to my manager in the job. We matched in attitude immediately so it wasn't a very difficult interview. We talked mainly about trends in the market. No business cases or difficult puzzle questions were asked.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ING in Feb 2009
Interview
Iy was straight forward being a competency and behavioural questions as well as I have to do a personality questionaaire as well. The whole process it took me 1.5 hours and alot of talking and explaining.
